The Brief

Situated in London's Burnt Oak, The Icon presents a new development featuring three floors of commercial space and ten floors dedicated to residential units. Tasked with enhancing the appeal of the commercial space, my client sought a revitalised visual identity and brochure design to help facilitate sales.

Visual Identity

In crafting the logo to embody the development's refined essence, I seamlessly integrated "The Icon" with "100 Burnt Oak" by transforming the number "1" into the letter "I" and the illusion of the "C" and "O" to emulate overlapping zeros, symbolising 100. Infused with elegance and contemporary flair, the design combined a luxurious serif heading with a modern sans-serif body font, complemented by a sophisticated navy and blush colour palette. Enhanced by curated CGIs and sourced photography, the branding achieved a cohesive aesthetic that seamlessly flowed into the brochure design.
