The Brief
I was tasked with designing the visual identity and crafting a brochure for print and web distribution for Whitewebbs Farm, a meticulously designed luxury ‘country style’ living scheme nestled within a private gated development. The client wanted to infuse the branding with a sense of modern luxury while maintaining harmony with its rural setting.
Visual Identity
Inspired by the farm’s floor-to-ceiling windows, the logo design features minimalist lines and generous white space, creating an impression of vastness and openness, with intersecting lines symbolising security and stability. Embracing the essence of modern luxury, a sleek, clean sans-serif font and a primarily black and white colour palette with touches of rose gold were integrated. Enriched by a combination of impressive CGIs (provided by the client), curated photography, and bespoke graphics and icons, the branding achieved coherence and seamlessly transitioned into the brochure design.
